Providing responsive person centred care to individuals in their own homes Mi Casa Care works in partnership with Tunstall Healthcare are able to identify, provide and install assisted technology to enhance and support our care services keeping individuals as independent in their own homes as possible.

Our main care services are - Responsive Care to provide a tailored package of care to individuals at short notice, Live in care - a carer living in the client's home with them to provide full time care and support, respite care to provide a break for carers or families, waking and sleeping nights.

Our teams provide 24 Hour Rapid Response services responding to lifeline calls supporting individuals with non-injured falls and personal care as well as delivering efficient Home from Hospital support and after care until a suitable care package is sourced. Mi Casa have a working relationship with Tunstall Healthcare and are proud to be able to supply and install the full range of assisted technology in short notice in to individuals homes including the installation of lifelines required for transfer from hospital.

This role is to support the creation of new care packages, to support with the recruitment of care and support workers and to maintain appropriate office procedures.

Your principal responsibilities will be;

  • Answering incoming telephone enquiries
  • Greeting visitors into the offices
  • Processing new client referrals
  • Preparing appropriate documentation for Care and support workers
  • Allocation of Care and Support Workers to clients and ensuring visits are always covered
  • Administration of all individual Care and Support Agreements
  • Helping to develop literature about services provided
  • Maintaining client and Care and Support worker office files and ensuring that they are always up to date
  • Maintaining computer systems and keeping up to date at all times
  • Ensuring all other records are kept up to date
  • To ensure compliance with all office systems and procedures
  • Assistance with wages and invoice processing
  • To carry out vetting procedures of Care and Support Workers
  • Production of reports and management information as required
  • General office duties

Applicants will be required to attend an Assessment Centre with Vision Apprentices as part of the screening process.
