Surepak Ltd specialises in the printing and conversion of polypropylene packaging. We Flexographically print onto the surface or reverse of various substrates using HD photopolymer plates to create a range of products including: Pouches with K seals or a Doy, Pocket style bags, Integral Header bags, Envelopes and Flowrap. Examples can be seen on the company website, www.surepak.co.uk Using HD Photopolymer plates we are able to add clarity and definition to any process image to create packaging that is truly a work of art. We are also able to hotfoil and thermally print on to bags which can be done in isolation, or to overprint flexographic printing to further enhance the visual appeal of a design. As a company we are BRC Packaging Certified - The Standard is designed to assist packaging manufacturers and converters to adopt good manufacturing practices and supporting quality management systems to develop and manufacture safe, legal packaging materials meeting their customer's quality requirements. Due to this we maintain a high working standard and are able to create packaging for the food and drink industries.

As a Customer Service apprentice you will support colleagues with a variety of programmes. You will be working as part of a small team but will need to show maturity within the role.

  • To provide excellent customer service with a pro-active approach.
  • To provide support to colleagues, customers and other business partners in accordance with agreed service levels.
  • Importing Files
  • Dealing with discrepancies
  • Answering the phone - dealing with queries from customers and depots
  • Dealing with emails both internally and externally
  • Data inputting
  • Working as a team
  • Liaising with other depots
  • Balancing systems and processes
  • Printing Labels
  • To maintain contact with customers via the phone, by email and remotely.
  • Maintain and manage accurate data, files and records
  • To present and promote an appropriate public image in representing the company.
  • The role may develop to also involve product specialist areas, account management and speaking directly to clients , plus various other projects and development work
  • As part of a small team an open attitude to daily operating is required
