Typical tasks will include:

· Customer service duties

· Taking orders from clients via phone and email

. Uploading sales from or partners (Imports)

. Dealing with customer on our online live chat system

. Dealing with postal orders (opening mail and uploading sales on to our system)

. Replying to customers experience reviews via Trustpilot

· Liaising with Sales team

. Dealing with customer returns

. Working Closely with Customer service supervisor on reactive / Proactive tasks that are required within the team.

Applicants will be required to attend an Assessment Centre with Vision Apprentices as part of the screening process.
