How it works
We offer three different ways of recruiting an apprentice. The option that is right for you will depend on your business circumstances.
- Host – a unique and ‘safe’ way of filling vacancies. The apprentice is employed by us, removing all the usual HR challenges.
- Employ – We support you to recruit the apprentice in line with your own company policies and procedures.
- Invest – An opportunity for you to up-skill and develop a current employee through an apprenticeship.
